MIND BODY SPIRIT Mind Body Spirit is an opportunity to spend some time taking care of your mind, body, and spirit, so we are best able to do the work God has planned for us. In this 60-minute practice, you will be guided through gentle movements appropriate for all ages and experience. In fact, no experience is necessary at all! Just a desire to practice self-care and spend some time in reflection.
CLASS SCHEDULE 1st and 3rd Mondays each month | 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Favret Hall at St. John Please bring a mat and water bottle. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early, so practice can begin on time.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR Michelle Deutsch has been practicing yoga for most of her adult life. "When I became an instructor a few years ago I immediately started seeing all of the parallels between my faith practice and my yoga practice. Both are journeys, neither require experience - just a willingness to be present. Both give opportunities for self-reflection and development. Neither are a competition or a race. In both a faith practice and a yoga practice, we all start from somewhere, and sometimes we need to start over and go back to the basics. Both can be extremely fulfilling and the benefits carry over to all areas of life."
