We believe that when a teenager encounters Christ through the beauty of the Catholic faith, they will transform their parish, community, and culture. We’ve seen it happen time and time again.
Tri-County Catholics is joining the Life Teen network of parishes this school year. The goal of Life Teen is to provide a safe and fun place for youth to find a solid Catholic community, get answers to their questions, and, most importantly, to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way through twice-monthly Life Night meetings.

Lifeteen Nights are held twice a month beginning in September from 1-3 p.m. in the Youth Room at Favret Hall. Each semester follows a theme to help us explore our Catholic faith in a refreshing and exciting way. Starting this spring, we begin CATCHPHRASE on connecting to God in the modern world.

Our group will meet at the cathedral for a guided tour at 9:30 am before attending 11:30 am mass with confessions following. Contact Joe Neidhard if interested in joining.
Rooted Retreat

9 am - 9 pm @ St. John
After the parish wide retreat ends at 1 pm, our high school group will stick around for a special all-day retreat that will include lunch, dinner, and Saturday vigil mass. Registration details to follow.

I’m a Cincinnati native and alum of Walnut Hills High School and Miami University. Along with being a for-better-or-for-worse Reds fan, I’m an avid runner, trivia buff, and wannabe woodworker. I’ve been singing since middle school, and you might see me cantoring at St. John’s some Sundays.
After four years in Catholic Campus Ministry at Miami, I eventually found myself as part of the inaugural group for the IGNITE youth ministry internship program at the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford, where I worked for three years. It was there I fostered an understanding of my vocation for youth ministry. It’s my hope to inspire the younger generations to “Go forth and set the world on fire” as St. Ignatius would say. |
